Returns

We hope you love your Ren Raa products. But if something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted on unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

• Gift cards

• Sale or promotional items

• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 14 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer. Still have questions? Email us at hello@renraa.com.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To request an exchange, email hello@renraa.com and include your order number and photos.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping is non-refundable.

If your return is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
