Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping – Mainland U.S. Only
We currently ship to the 49 mainland U.S. states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), or international addresses at this time.
All orders are hand-packed and fulfilled with care. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, but during busier times, please allow up to 5 business days. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your chosen shipping option.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on total weight and location. You’ll be able to select between standard or faster shipping options. For larger orders, real-time discounted UPS rates may be shown at checkout.
Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions during special campaigns or sales. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Unless otherwise stated, free shipping cannot be combined with other discounts.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
All Ren Raa orders are shipped with tracking. If you can’t locate your tracking email, feel free to reach out to us at hello@renraa.com.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. A physical U.S. street address is required for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care when packing your order, but if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
While Ren Raa is not liable for packages after they’ve left our hands, we’re happy to assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
To initiate a claim, please contact hello@renraa.com within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date), and include:
• Your full name and order number
• A short description of the issue
• Photos (for damaged packages):
• One of the shipping label
• One of the outer box showing the damage
• One or more of the damaged item(s)
• (Optional) Interior packaging
Order Status
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received your package within 14 days of shipping confirmation, please reach out to the carrier first, then contact us if you need assistance.
