In wet hair, work a pump-sized amount of Ren Raa Strength Rival Shampoo into your scalp. Massage gently to create a rich lather. Let the lather rinse down through your hair as you rinse thoroughly. For optimal results, follow with Ren Raa Strength Velvet Conditioner.

We currently ship to the 49 mainland U.S. states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), or international addresses at this time.

All orders are hand-packed and fulfilled with care. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, but during busier times, please allow up to 5 business days. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your chosen shipping option.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. A physical U.S. street address is required for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care when packing your order, but if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

While Ren Raa is not liable for packages after they’ve left our hands, we’re happy to assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

To initiate a claim, please contact hello@renraa.com within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date), and include:

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted on unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

I’ve tried the products from Ren Raa, and I think they’re really lovely. I could see a clear difference because the products give my hair a more “natural look” when using the gel - something both my friends and my boyfriend commented on as well.
The products are easy to apply, and none of them are sticky. The shampoo is a bit thicker than the conditioner, but both leave my hair feeling very soft. The gel gives a soft look while still defining and styling the curls, which I really like! All three products have a mild and pleasant scent, and the design is also very stylish.

These products are really great!

First of all, with my usual products, I need to wash my hair twice to get that clean feeling, but this shampoo does the job in one take. I’m used to odor free products, and since these have a subtle fragrance, they will take a little getting used to, but that’s a trade-off I’m more than willing to do. The gel is easy to use, and has a very smooth and soft feeling. It highlights my wavy hair in the best way, however, the hold is not super strong, so I do need to make a refresh the day after. Overall I really love these products, and especially the gel got me super excited!

Great products with a lovely scent. A little goes a long way, and the gel never feels greasy. The moisturizing formulas have truly brought out the very best in my curls. 😍

I’m simply amazed by their conditioner! Softens and detangles my long curly hair SO easily. Definitely my new favorite!

I also tried their shampoo and gel, they also do a great job! My hair though needs a bit more of hold than what the gel can do.

Overall very satisfied! My hair feels so soft even with the gel in.

The Ren Raa shampoo and conditioner have a really nice scent, which I really like. The conditioner makes the hair very easy to detangle. The gel is really nice - it doesn't stick to the hands, makes the hair greasy etc. It tames the waves really well and makes soft defined curls. It didn't give me a cast I should clap out - but the curls were really pretty anyways. It does however not last for long in my hair, i guess it needs that crisp cast. So by the end of the day my hair is pure frizz. Which is a shame because I really like how soft it is and how pretty it makes my curls. This is the only reason for my missing two stars.
